The Mortal Instruments City of Bones (Book 1)

1) Clary is 15 years old and she met the Shadowhunters. I think that Clary and her mother are also like them since they can see them and demons are interested in them.

2) Jace is one of them. Demons want to kill her, maybe.

3) Clary lives in New York City. Clary will join with the Shadowhunters to kill of demons.

"During that week, Max had cut out a collection of pages from Mein Kampf and painted over them in white. He had hung them up with pegs on some string, from one end of the basement to the other" -The Book Thief pg 223
"Liesel lifted the first tufts of Max Vandenburg's hair. As she cut the feathery strands, she wondered at the sound of scissors. Not the snipping noise, but the grinding of each metal arm as it cropped each group of fibers." -The Book Thief pg 245
